Why should i register my company?
Registered companies with active accounts benefit from:
- advertising facilities offered by the site (links, company description, video presentations);
- data editing, search and selection facilities (potential suppliers, customers);
- access accounts set up for companies benefit from additional facilities;
- easy access to information difficult to find in other sources.
Can I have an account if I don't have a company in Romania?
Users outside Romania can obtain an account by ordering an access package or by contacting the support team.
How do i make my company visible to everyone?

Premium listing determines its move to the top of lists/selections, benefiting from increased exposure and displaying the description, video presentations, contact information, map location and websites, free of charge, to all visitors, even unauthenticated ones.
How do i change my company details?
To change your company's contact details:

yourself authenticated on the site using the Login box on the right;
- if you don't already have an account, create one here: Create Account;
- if you have forgotten your access data (username and password), you can recover them here: Recover Account;
- access the "My Company" menu that appears after logging in, in the top right;
- click on the link next to the data type you want to change;
- follow the instructions on each editing page.
Why should I choose ListaFirme when the data can also be found in public sources?
In particular, contact information such as email, phone, mobile, web are verified/completed and much more accurate than what you can find in other sources. There is also a large amount of unique contact information provided exclusively to registered users of the site.You can view information that is already found in other sources in a centralized manner, saving time, and in addition, you can make selections, sorting, grouping, representations, statistics, monitoring and other operations based on them, facilities available only here, based on correlated/centralized information.
Why do credits have validity?
When purchasing an access package, users receive certain usage rights and the temporary allocation of resources.
Credits represent a maximum usage limit during the validity period of the
access package elected (can be for one year or permanent).
Users can opt, based on their own planning, for the allocation of an appropriately sized resource by choosing the appropriate access package.
By choosing an access package, users receive a non-exclusive right of use that they exercise at will.

How do i delete an account?
To delete an account you no longer use:
- log in with your account on the site using the Login box at the top right;
- access the "My Account" menu that appears after logging in, in the upper right corner;
- check the delete account option at the bottom;
- unused accounts or accounts created with invalid data are automatically deleted periodically.
How many companies are in the database?

database are 5,287,133 taxpayers, of which 3,868,405 are companies from Romania registered with the Trade Register and which can be found on the site with
available information, and the rest are offices without legal personality, associations, representative offices, state institutions, etc. Of the legal entities present on the site, 2,684,683 are companies (SRL, SA, RA, etc.), and the rest are personal businesses (PFA, AF, etc.). Among the companies, a number of 1,744,301 are in operation, and of these only 1,445,173 are active according to ANAF. By default, only active companies are selectable on the site (because it is a common requirement). Inactive, deregistered companies or personal businesses can be optionally included in the selections and can be found through specific searches. Taxpayers who do not have their own legal personality are not displayed on the site but can be found in the data service "
Taxpayers".
How many users does ListaFirme have?
They created an account on the ListaFirme website 858,630 users, of which 62,074 company representatives. They are now online on the site 964 visitors.
When was the data updated?
Some types of data are updated daily (insolvency 2025-11-10, files 2025-11-10, official documents 2025-11-12, new companies 2025-11-09, company names 2025-11-09, headquarters addresses 2025-11-09, operating status 2025-11-09, NACE 2025-11-09, associates 2025-11-09, administrators 2025-11-09, beneficiaries 2025-11-09, work points 2025-11-09, VAT regime) or
verified by rotation (telephone, mobile, email, web), and others with monthly periodicity (ANAF inactive 2025-11-01), quarterly (debts to budgets 2025-09-30), or annual (balance sheet financial information 2024).
How accurate are the contact details?
The contact details are the most recent information available and are
checked periodically with company representatives. In the case of active companies that have a website or that appear in various publications, catalogs, as well as in the case of registered companies, the data is more recent and more correct. Inactive companies or those that, by the nature of their activity, do not wish to be contacted or do not want their data to be known, may not appear in the catalog or their data may not be very recent. We do not recommend collaborating with companies in this last category (see the section
Ghost Companies).
Where is the data collected from?
The data is obtained by the company's own department.
