Company information is public interest data that individually cannot be subject to copyright or property rights and is provided free of charge.

Most of the data can be accessed for free on the ListaFirme website, however, the service facilitating access to information involves costs for professional users.

However, the simple company search, selection, company monitoring, and company statistics services are completely free.

The presence of companies in the catalog is also free of charge and adding advertising material in description and video presentations.

To have free access to company information for the purpose of testing the services, we invite you to set up an account access.

Upon first registration, you receive 10-20 credits with which you can view 5-10 companies with detailed profiles (2 credits/company). Accounts set up per company receive double the number of credits.

Even after the credits received for testing expire, free access remains valid thanks to sponsorships received from other companies.

Users who exhaust their maximum credit limit can still access company information based on credits received from sponsors.

Sponsors thus offer access to users who cannot afford an access package, in exchange for displaying advertisements for their products and services.

Sponsored credit availability is approximately 80% of the time (not guaranteed because it depends on the existence of sponsors).

If you want to advertise on this site, you can become a sponsor for other users.

Based on sponsored access, users can access basic company information in the extended profile.

I do not receive sponsorships for free access:

• companies that opt out of receiving messages from other ListaFirme users;
• members who have not validated their account details, email address and mobile phone number.

To view the detailed reports, users can return on the following days to access them one by one for free, or opt for a access package permanent.

in the company profile, some information has a link to the official source or other external sources, freely accessible in some cases, as follows:

• the financial information is in accordance with the Ministry of Finance (MF) website mfinante.ro;
• the information regarding insolvency is in accordance with the Bulletin of Insolvency Procedures (BPI) bpi.ro;
• the summaries of the constituent and amending acts are in accordance with the Official Gazette (MoF) monitoruloficial.ro;
• the information regarding VAT, inactivity status and budget debts is in accordance with the National Agency for Fiscal Administration (ANAF) anaf.ro;
• registered trademarks are in compliance with the State Office for Inventions and Trademarks (OSIM) osim.ro;
• the activity status of the companies is according to the National Trade Register Office (ONRC) onrc.ro;
