Access types
Access packages for ListaFirme
Access packages allow you to use the application according to the validity period and credit limit selected. They are valid until the credit limit is reached or the validity period ends, whichever comes first.
Access packages cannot be extended. If your access package expires or you use up the included credits, the extension can only be done by purchasing a new package.
Important definitions
- Credits: Represents page views that contain company profiles or detailed reports. A company can have up to 15 specific detailed reports.
- Shelf life:
- Annual (12 months): Access and credits expire after one year or when credits are exhausted.
- it is possible but not recommended to connect multiple users to the same account;
- can be used simultaneously on multiple devices and browsers;
- additional services can be activated based on credits (API, CIP reports, RECOM, RNPM, company status, premium exposure, data selections with credits, etc.);
- users are not periodically verified with captcha;
- you can re-login on another browser/device or even the same one without waiting;
- the option is suitable for the purpose of exporting data to external files.
- Unlimited: Access rights and credits do not expire over time, only when the included credits are exhausted. Similar facilities to the annual ones.
- Monthly (1 month): Monthly packages do not include a credit limit but offer unlimited/unmetered access for one month (the number of days in the month of package activation, including the day of activation), but with some restrictions against abuse:
- only one user is allowed to connect, on one device and one browser at a time;
- not having credits included, company exports in Excel cannot be paid with credits;
- additional services (API, CIP reports, RECOM, RNPM, company status, premium exposure) cannot be activated based on credits;
- users are periodically verified with captcha, more frequently those who far exceed the average traffic. For large volumes of activity we recommend the one-year packages that do not have this inconvenience and that allow data export;
- to re-login on another browser/device or even the same one, you must first log out of the one you used previously or wait an hour for the previous work session to expire if you forgot to log out;
- the option is unsuitable for the purpose of copying data to external files, an action limited by the terms and conditions of use.

Profile viewing options
- Simple profile: It only provides access to identification data, contact, description, map location, balance sheet, and directly connected companies. It does not provide access to detailed reports.
1 Credit is consumed per company viewed.
This profile is preferred by those who make a lot of contacts for surveys, marketing or sales. - Extended profile: Provides access to simple profile data and optionally detailed reports.
Between 1 and 16 credits are consumed per company: one credit for the simple profile and one credit for each of the 15 optional detailed reports accessed.
This profile is preferred by those who are only occasionally interested in the creditworthiness and risk of suppliers or partners. - Detailed profile: It provides access to both simple profile data and all detailed reports.
Only 2 credits are consumed per company, no matter how many detailed reports you access.
This profile is preferred by those who always make well-informed decisions.

Search options
- simple: By name, CUI or registration number.
- broad: Also allows searching by landline, mobile, email or website.
- advanced: It also allows searching by associate, administrator, address, CAEN code.
Additional facilities
- Personalized selections: You can create and save company lists, charts, and apply filters of your choice.
- Statistically: Access to detailed statistics about selected companies.
- Anonymization: View company profiles anonymously (only works for accounts associated with a company in the database).
Billing and service activation
The services are provided and invoiced by Borg Design SRL, with immediate activation after payment is received. The invoice can be downloaded from the user account within 48 hours of payment.
Occasional Access
With payment via SMS only in networks Vodafone, Orange and Telekom.

🔸 2) Respond with YES to the confirmation message received.
🔸 3) Log in with the user guest and the code received via SMS
- Information is accessed on the website by entering user: guest and the received password. Payment is made via SMS.
- After accessing your account, on the right side of the site, you will be able to see at any time how many impressions and how many days you have left.
- After logging into your account, even if you leave the site, your access code will remain active. This way, you won't need to make a new payment to return, as long as you still have credits available or the code is still valid. You will be able to access the site again at any time, from any device, using the same code, until it expires or is deactivated.
- The code is automatically deactivated upon expiration of the validity period from the first access or when the number of impressions runs out.
- In the case of occasional access, users are anonymous and benefit from restricted facilities. To benefit from all the selection facilities, view company lists, edit your own data, save preferences, as well as to have access to other services and additional information, choose professional access instead.
